Job Description:
I Possess in-depth understanding of specific artificial intelligence application research areas, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage projects in these areas;
II Responsible for delivering key research questions and core research approaches in the designated research direction;
III Lead team members (including associate researchers, assistant researchers, and interns) in conducting research, taking primary responsibility for the planning, quality, and efficiency of the research direction;
IV Represent the research institute at industry conferences and forums, present research findings, and enhance the institute's influence within the industry.
Job Requirements:
I Master's degree or higher, with 8 or more years of experience in research-oriented roles;
II Possess a background in economics or solid theoretical knowledge in economics. Candidates meeting any of the following conditions will be given priority:
a. Practical or analytical experience in specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, education, finance, etc.);
b. Practical experience or professional knowledge of corporate strategy, business analysis, or marketing;
c. Practical or theoretical foundation in artificial intelligence-related fields (e.g., development, application, research);
III Strong logical thinking, outstanding problem analysis skills, and scientific research literacy;
IV Strong sense of responsibility, excellent team leadership skills, and exceptional communication and presentation abilities;
V Possess strategic thinking and a global perspective.

Job Description:
I. Assist researchers in conducting research in the field of AI applications, including the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of data and materials;
II. Assist in writing research reports, creating presentations, and participating in the output of research results;
III. Assist in conducting expert interviews, meeting minutes, and related tasks;
IV. Assist in completing other daily or temporary tasks for the research team.
Job Requirements:
I. Currently pursuing a master's degree or above; outstanding senior undergraduate students with excellent academic performance or practical experience may also be considered;
II. No restriction on academic background, but solid professional knowledge in the research direction of interest is required. Preference will be given to those with interdisciplinary learning or practical experience related to artificial intelligence, which will help in applying multidisciplinary knowledge to understand complex issues in research;
III. Passionate about research work, with a strong willingness and ability to learn, as well as strong information gathering and organization skills;
IV. Preferred qualifications: research experience in the field of artificial intelligence; a combined background in computer science and economics (or business, sociology); relevant internship experience in AI-related companies, securities firms, funds, consulting firms, think tanks, and other research institutions; frequent users of AI tools;
V. On-site work required for at least 3 days per week, with the possibility of taking leave in special circumstances; internship duration of 3 months or more, with preference given to those who can commit to long-term internships.
